Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role with room for flexibility of hours and some remote working for an HR Manager at Burgh Island Hotel and Pilchard Inn, located in Bigbury with some work from home flexibility. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, handling payroll and benefits administration, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
