We are looking for a hard working Chef de Partie, to join our dedicated team at a popular, long established pub restaurant in Clent.
The successful applicants must be passionate about food and able to run a busy section whilst maintaining high standards using fresh ingredients in an ever continual evolving menu, with the support of senior team, to aid in your development.
Working hours will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What we need you to have?
1. A passion for preparing and cooking fresh food
2. Be a role model of delivering food quality and meeting ticket times
3. Assisting with stock control and ordering
4. Maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards
5. Be a good communicator
6. Prepare everything needed for a busy shift, ensuring you are ready for service
7. Support senior chefs
8. Hunger to learn new skills
9. Team player with a calm, respectful and positive attitude
10. Keep all areas of the kitchen clean and free of clutter
