AXA – Global Healthcare is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Manager. You’ll be responsible for establishing partnerships across International Health, facilitating intercompany collaboration, ensuring governance and control, optimising vendor management, and contributing to strategic planning aligned with long-term organisational goals. Additionally, you’ll oversee the financial and performance aspects of the team, including workforce planning, and fostering agile methodologies. What you’ll be doing:
* Build partnerships with business units to understand their technology needs and drive solutions that support business goals.
* Create and manage an efficient operating model within IPMI and AXA.
* Lead workforce planning, aligning staffing with agile methods and ensuring the team has the needed skills.
* Promote agile working methods, fostering a culture of improvement and adaptability.
* Develop and oversee the team’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Establish governance frameworks for compliance and risk management.
* Manage vendor relationships and performance for maximum value.
* Deliver performance reports for decision-making and improvement.
* Identify process improvements and drive initiatives for efficiency.
* Contribute to the division’s technology and data strategy aligned with long-term goals.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships across various stakeholders at all levels.
* Skilled in collaborating and facilitating coordination across diverse groups.
* Expertise in leading workforce planning, developing operating models, and implementing agile work methods.
* Self-motivated to acquire new skills and solid understanding of emerging technology and data capabilities.
* Demonstrated track record in overseeing vendor and intercompany relations, contracts, and performance to optimize value delivery and ensure effective vendor management.
* Understanding of AXA Group compliance and local regulatory requirements related to technology and data governance.
* Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability.
