Your Role: We are now looking for an experienced Head Sommelier to oversee our beverage compliment across our stunning Duck & Waffle restaurant in London Liverpool Street. Our Beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and is frequently updated according to seasons and trends. You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine & beverages on offer whilst they dine. Assisting in the culture of passion and enthusiasm for wine. Acting as a role model to all new employees and cultivating an excellent working partnership between the restaurant team and Sommelier team.
