Job Description
The role of Service Delivery & Change Training Analyst involves planning, preparing and delivering training within Group Financial Crime Operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial crime operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering training, preferably in a financial crime or highly regulated business environment
* Creating online and interactive training materials using digital platforms
* Educating and upskilling operational colleagues through training, coaching and knowledge transfer initiatives
* Developing training programmes, workshops and other initiatives to coach and support the knowledge transfer and skill development of banking operational teams/colleagues
* Monitoring the effectiveness of training programmes and making recommendations for improvement
* Executing training needs assessments and collaborating across the bank to identify gaps in knowledge and skills
* Participating in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in relation to learning and development
* Identifying risk and issues internally within the team and escalating appropriately
* Maintaining Barclays branding and adhering to governance, standards and policies
Leadership and Management:
* Leading and supervising a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources
* Escalating breaches of policies/procedures appropriately
* Taking responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation
* Taking ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work owned or contributed to
