Job Description
As a Development Engineer Graduate, you will be given the required support and opportunities to develop your skills to become a key member of the appliance development team. You will work as part of a cross-functional team within Bosch Home Comfort (HC) on the development and testing of the appliances to ensure compliance with relevant directives, standards, and internal requirements to achieve the product requirements.
Scope:
1. Work as part of multinational teams assisting with the specification and development of components and modules.
2. Completion of development tasks including test work, drawing conclusions with recommendations.
3. Communication within the project team and network of experts on development topics.
4. Technical support of the product to other relevant departments with new product introduction, major modifications, and existing appliances.
5. Work in accordance with Bosch Business System including working to internal requirements and following best practices and guidelines.
6. Part of the development team working on current and future projects, ensuring all requirements are completed fully from the agreed test plan.
7. Opportunity to generate ideas and solutions for current and new appliances.
8. Develop skills for planning and completing tasks on aspects of the main project to the agreed test plan.
9. Completion of relevant research and calculations when required.
