The Role: Junior Brand Manager
Reporting into our Brand Director, this newly created role is critical to our mission of enhancing brand execution and awareness from a B2C, B2B and internal brand perspective.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key brand initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leaders, providing the chance to grow and expand your expertise in brand management and performance.
You will be responsible for the organisation, deployment, and monitoring of our brand content across various digital touchpoints, including our website, Amazon, and performance channels, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and alignment with brand standards in all territories.
You will also be involved in deploying research to gather valuable insights, using data to identify opportunities for optimisation, refine strategies, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of all brand initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who at their heart is a brand champion - loving all things nutrition and PW; someone able to breed that passion externally and internally. You’ll be highly organised with a structured, hands-on approach to brand management. We want someone who can join us in creating a cohesive, high-impact brand experience for our customers and team, while driving and meeting key performance goals.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with your line manager to drive and coordinate on time and impactful NPD launch execution. Take ownership of the process by identifying gaps in content or plan requirements, managing the execution of copy compliance across all assets and channels, co-ordinate and deliver content requirements to Web and Media teams against GTM plans - all ensuring successful and impactful launch in all channels and all countries.
2. With your line manager, own the requirements for content creation across all assets and from all channels, collate demands and need requirements, work with your line manager and stakeholders to ensure needs are captured and transformed into signed-off requirements, and source/select the correct content creator (UGC, photographer, videographer, influencer, in-house shoot), tracking progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and maintaining compliance across all initiatives.
3. Oversee the seeding and sharing of proof statements in all markets to elevate our product proposition and stand out from the crowd. Ensure proof statements are valid and can be backed legally and that you’re challenging their roll out across all countries in web and media channels.
4. Carry out ASA compliance checks, review relevant spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completion, and conduct ongoing audits to maintain compliance.
5. Collect, analyse, and report on feedback from our CX DAW reports - on a product and brand level, to ensure insights are actionable and shared effectively.
6. Stay on top of content management, ensuring amplification and maximum usage across all teams, driving a content amplification process and keeping the content master both up to date and in growth mode.
7. Be the direct link between Brand and Performance teams to understand what content is working on site, organically and in paid channels, ensure you capture this and verify it with data and feed those insights into the senior team which will inform brand guideline updates, brand evolution and the creation of high-performance content.
8. Own the development of our Customer Review/Testimonial programme, driving this forward into a world of video/image testimonials that can be amplified across channels. Support in the recruitment and management of external customer/brand research projects to support first party research.
9. Manage the deployment, and distribution of annual, mini, and ad-hoc customer surveys across all territories, to capture valuable market and customer insights, providing actionable feedback to inform brand strategies and support the wider marketing team and stakeholders.
10. Work closely with your line manager, NPD and commercial teams to deliver constant iteration of optimised product pages and product communications across web and all media to ensure current or revised product positioning is accurately and consistently executed on all channels in all countries and in-house communications.
11. Enhancing the brand and product experience of customers while driving retention rates and review scores through brand-led initiatives, while supporting our Loyalty and Retention Manager in the oversight and execution of loyalty-specific strategies and programmes.
12. Support team in charge of post-purchase CRM programmes to ensure execution is consistently on brand.
13. Drive the proactive optimisation of brand touchpoints across our websites in all territories and third-party platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with current brand standards across all markets.
14. Be a key support and driver of elements of Project Proof and project Gloria, developing in your ability to manage and drive the reputation of PW across markets.
15. Create and/or manage influencer and UGC briefs against requirements to ensure they’re optimised from production positioning through to compliance, performance and brand guidelines.
16. Monitoring and protecting brand reputation through effective tracking and reporting mechanisms.
17. Champion the brand at all times - being a vital spokesperson for the brand in all day to day interactions internally and externally.
