Working as part of the Universal Services Waste and Resource Management Team, the post-holder will have a variety of responsibilities in support of delivering a range of projects and work streams related to waste management in Hampshire. The post-holder will be an integral member of the Waste and Resource Management team by providing administrative support across multiple service areas, including the delivery of waste prevention projects and Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) service. The County Council is responsible for Waste Disposal across Hampshire, including 24 HWRCs and promoting Waste Prevention initiatives in the community. As a Technical Support Assistant, you will need to be a flexible team member who is willing to support the service through varied work requests. This will include administrative support such as minute taking, customer support and email management. Educated to a GCSE level or higher, you will have the opportunity to develop business and administrative skills in a supportive team as well as opportunities to explore professional development.
