Job Description
Purpose
The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing a weekly maintenance schedule that aligns with site priorities and ensures compliance with KPIs.
The scheduler will work closely with production plants to ensure asset availability and schedule compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimum efficiency of assets.
2. Collaborate with maintenance operations and process teams to integrate expansion projects and ensure business as usual.
3. Update planned work as per the schedule in the maintenance management system.
4. Produce a weekly maintenance schedule.
5. Liaise with production buildings to ensure equipment availability before planned maintenance.
6. Manage asset registration for all equipment on site, implementing new items into the BMS System.
7. Establish equipment strategies and maintenance routines based on OEM recommendations and performance feedback.
8. Implement maintenance strategies into the BMS system to support continuous improvement.
9. Work with maintenance and engineering to ensure correct spare items and stock levels.
10. Complete and store checksheets for each PM.
11. Liaise with engineering and maintenance to maintain site preventative routines.
12. Monitor and measure utilisation of craft teams to ensure cost-effective use of resource.
13. Measure adherence of maintenance schedule as per KPIs and SOPs.
14. Contribute to Site Shutdown and Plant Changeover schedule planning.

* Participate in AINMs reviews and evaluate the safety status of the workshop.
* Participate in safety management-related activities, including routine plant safety.
