Plumber - Commercial Maintenance
Location: Mobile, Wakefield
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Hours: 38.75 hours a week. Core hours Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 and On Call rota covering 24/7/365
Job Title: Please note, this role is known internally as Maintenance Engineer - Plumber
You will be carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive fault-finding and repairs on commercial boilers and other heating plants on various commercial, Public Sector, office complexes and some industrial contracts.
About the role:
You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high-quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (plumbing) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.
1. To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
2. Reactive service desk calls across relevant sites.
3. Take part in an on-call rota covering 24/7 support.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting the job.
