Senior Recruitment Consultant Vacancies

We often have vacancies due to our growth. Most roles require recruitment experience, but we also take on those starting in recruitment.
We work with experienced recruiters who have successfully run their own desk and potentially managed other consultants who are looking to develop their careers.
Must be tenacious and engaging, with a calm personality, and excellent communication.
Roles:
* Establishing and developing relationships with colleagues, supply teachers, teaching assistants, and schools;
* Filling daily temporary supply roles, long-term placements, and permanent vacancies;
* Identifying and recruiting candidates and clients;
* Liaising with customers;
* Achieving daily and weekly activity to generate income.
Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience;
* Strong business acumen;
* Commitment to quality;
* Excellent organisational skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, etc.;
* Aptitude for consistency and accuracy;
* Excellent customer service ethos, always providing more than expected;
* Demonstrable capability to manage multiple activities;
* Work well under pressure;
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
* Calm and engaging personality;
* Sense of humour with a consistently positive attitude.
Full induction training in the policies and procedures is provided with ongoing training to progress.
Full-time consultant roles include 07:00 am starts, as part of the area team rota.
