As a part-time member of our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, developing key financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Handle the accounts, processing payments, and managing cash flow to align with BPUR’s policies and ethical principles. Financial Reporting Bookkeeping, transparent audited accounts in full compliance with the Companies' House and HMRC regulations. Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions, budget planning, and cooperate with our fundraising team and donors. Compliance Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards and non-profit financial guidelines, maintaining BPUR’s commitment to accountability and integrity. Skills and Qualifications Experience Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably within an NGO or non-profit organisation.
