* £70,000 - £75,000 (Dependent on Industry Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform site surveys to evaluate project needs
* Source labor, equipment, and fabrication materials
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site supervisors
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to control project costs
* Track installation progress and compare it to project timelines
* Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily reports of site activities
* Ensure adherence to approved method statements and risk assessments
* Support the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial sprinkler installations.
2. Valid CSCS card.
3. Strong procurement and cost control skills.
4. Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems, and dry riser systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
6. Understanding of sprinkler-related standards: BS EN12845, LPC Rules, and BS9990.
