HR Advisor
Cambridge area - Hybrid – 2 days in the office (negotiable) or P/T considered
KM4HR are delighted to be recruiting a HR Advisor for a multi-site, international business. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team you will deliver an exceptional HR people experience engaging with stakeholders with a particular focus on managing employee relations.
Key Strengths:
* Proactively work as an Advisor to support and advise stakeholders at varying levels.
* Actively identify gaps & challenges within the ER lifecycle, propose and implement the changes necessary to cover those risks using HR best practices and aligned with business strategy.
* Lead, build and improve the culture, performance management, employee engagement, employee recognition and retention processes.
Your Background:
* Previous experience gained within a similar level role
* Strong ER working knowledge
* Hands-on approach, identifying opportunities and swiftly building solutions
* Strong Generalist HR experience
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
* CIPD qualification essential
