Role Purpose: This role will support the finance team with accounts payable, accounts receivable and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities: The role holder will be responsible for processing purchase orders, processing purchase invoices, processing sales invoices, reconciling supplier statements, general admin duties and ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with Wildanet’s Finance Policy. Key Activities: While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include: Timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices on to the finance database ensuring complete and accurate records of all transactions are maintained. Reconciling supplier statements and acting upon any omitted invoices or queries. Reconciling month end customer sales accounts Assisting with credit control General administrative duties e.g. scanning and filing, restocking of office supplies. Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with Wildanet’s Finance Policy. Any other as defined in month end timetable Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
