A Typical Day in the Job: As part of our team, you'll take charge of a wide range of first-line duties, leveraging cutting-edge tools like Datto, Windows, Event Logs, and Commvault to ensure seamless operations. You'll be at the forefront of technology, installing, configuring, and keeping a vigilant eye on software and hardware performance. From monitoring servers and network connections to resolving technical issues with precision, your expertise will ensure our systems are always at peak performance. You'll also work with VPNs, access points, monitoring devices, and data backups, safeguarding our digital infrastructure and maintaining connectivity across the board.
