Responsibilities
Manage and prosecute a range of criminal cases in court, including serious and minor offenses.
Prepare legal documents, briefs, and case files for prosecution actions.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Advise law enforcement agencies on evidentiary issues and legal matters.
Represent the prosecution in hearings, trials, and appeals, ensuring the proper conduct of proceedings.
Collaborate with victim services and community outreach programs to support affected individuals.

Requirements
Qualified solicitor or barrister with relevant legal qualifications in criminal law.
Proven experience in prosecuting criminal cases within a public sector or private legal environment.
Strong knowledge of criminal law, procedural laws, and relevant statutes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present cases clearly and effectively in court.
Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and analysis proficiently.
