The role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Early Careers and Events team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Collaborating closely with the Early Careers Lead and fellow TA specialists, you will design and implement a recruitment strategy that spans from building attraction campaigns, sourcing and screening to running assessment processes and securing offers. Your journey will take you across the UK, where you will forge strong working relationships with stakeholders across Fugro, build strategic partnerships with universities, and own the development of a varied calendar of events—think job fairs, engaging presentations, insightful careers talks and open days. In this role, you will champion our employer brand, making a lasting impression on potential candidates. You will craft compelling attraction campaigns and eye-catching advertisements, while expertly sourcing and screening candidates. Managing recruitment through tailored assessment centres, you will utilise job analysis and person specifications to secure the best talent. Plus, you will provide invaluable support to hiring managers during interviews and assessments across our UK offices. This role will suit a candidate who is able to take initiative and is driven to find new opportunities to engage with our target market. A background in recruitment is a must for this role, ideally e xperience of shaping and delivering best-in class early careers recruitment in a complex corporate environment, including graduate schemes, placement programmes and internships. As this role is UK wide, you will need to be prepared to travel across the UK regularly.
