St Martins has a part-time vacancy for a Senior Support Worker at Dibden Road!
16 hours per week, shift work including weekends and bank holidays.
Dibden Rd is a 23-bed hostel, comprising of 18 beds in the main building and 5 assured short hold tenancies. The hostel aims to support men at risk of social exclusion who are aged 18 and above to establish their housing pathway into independent living. The people using our service will be empowered to live more independently, ensuring that each person has a greater choice and control over every aspect of their life.
The post holder will be part of a team, assessing residents and developing an achievable person-centred resettlement action plan. Motivating and engaging residents to work with other agencies and support networks using the team around me approach to move on independently.

* Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.

* Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
