Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive at Hive Media Control Ltd, you will be the link between our sales team and customers, helping to ensure smooth processes from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients. You will also assist with trade show planning and offer vital support to the sales team,
helping to maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Act as the friendly and reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, offering exceptional service and ensuring our internal database stays up-to-date.
* Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotes, and managing customer details, ensuring all communications are timely and accurate.
* Order Processing: Handle customer orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth process.
* Product Information: Provide customers with clear and accurate information about our innovative products, helping guide their decisions and enhancing their experience.
* Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Sales Support: Help the sales team by maintaining reports, updating CRM systems, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth sales performance.
* Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of customer service policies and suggest improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
* Lead Gathering: Assist the sales team in identifying new leads and opportunities to drive business growth.
* Trade Show Support: Assist with organising and planning trade show stands, ensuring Hive Media Control Ltd’s presence is memorable and impactful.
Qualifications:
* Sales/Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales support role, ideally in a tech or sales-driven environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and managing customer information.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM systems, with a quick ability to learn new tools.
* Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with the sales team while independently managing tasks.
* Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work from our Horsham office, Monday to Friday.
