About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 3 to 19, delivering tailored support to meet their individual educational and emotional needs. This is a full-time role for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives. Working Hours : 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Provide targeted one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs. Collaborate with teachers and professionals to create personalised education and support plans. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and well-being. Assist in classroom management and deliver tailored interventions to support academic and personal growth. Ensure inclusivity in all activities by addressing diverse student needs. Requirements A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this role. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. Patience, compassion, and the ability to adapt to varying needs.
