We are looking for a highly organised and capable Senior Administrator to join our Pensions and Insurance team, based in Carron House, Port of Grangemouth. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for all of the Group's insurance activities. Working closely with our Head of Risk & Pensions, internal stakeholders, insurance brokers and loss adjusters, you will ensure efficient claims handling and the timely resolution of day to day queries.,
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for all insurance related activities.
* Assume responsibility for monitoring and responding to insurance queries both via telephone and the shared email inbox.
* Support the Head of Risk & Insurance with progressing claims notifications.
* Work collaboratively with other colleagues in the Group to ensure accurate information is obtained to support the investigation and timely resolution of claims.
* Assist in gathering and preparing data for the annual insurance renewal process.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all insurance data is up-to-date and compliant.
* Address and help to resolve all insurance related enquiries promptly and effectively.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team who takes great pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in their tasks, ensuring excellence in every detail. You will be comfortable working independently, showing initiative and self-motivation, while also being a collaborative team member., Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in an insurance environment, however full training will be provided.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.
* First class organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritise work efficiently and multi-task to meet set deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
* High level of competence in the use of MS Office suite, and ability to produce and deliver documentation to a professional standard.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively build and promote positive working relationships with colleagues across the Group and with external stakeholders.
* Ability to demonstrate an understanding of insurance and liability in a business context.
* Full UK driving licence., Demonstrated administrative experience in a professional work setting
* Previous supervisory experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* High level of competence in the use of MS Office suite

* Previous insurance experience would be preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
