ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a results-oriented Associate Director, Amazon Marketing, to drive subscriber growth for Audible. This is an exciting 12 month Keiyaku Shain that combines work on global email marketing with cross-channel marketing for our Japanese business.
The Associate Director of Amazon Marketing will help shape Audible's acquisition program through our partnership with Amazon. You will coordinate with local and global Audible and Amazon stakeholder teams, and help build strong relationships to identify opportunities for driving new customer acquisition. You will also support Audible JP marketing activities in collaborative campaigns with Amazon JP teams. You should be highly analytical, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
As the Associate Director, Amazon Marketing - 12 month Keiyaku Shain, you will:
1. Develop outbound plans/programs alongside marketing leads in each region
2. Enhance promotional effectiveness through data analytics
3. Gain and share insights to identify opportunities and solve problems
4. Update and create marketing playbooks based on your insights
5. Provide weekly performance reports and learnings to marketing leads in each region
6. Collaborate closely with BI teams to create effective segmentation, targeting, messaging, content, and execution, and run the relevant analysis
7. Manage multiple collaborative campaigns with Amazon across Audible teams and organizations
8. Develop and execute the overall collaborative campaign strategy from concept to delivery
9. Communicate effectively with various functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
10. Set clear goals, priorities, and make data-driven decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in online and/or B2B marketing
2. Experience in identifying customer insights and developing strategic input briefs
3. Experience demonstrating how to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
4. Experience providing effective cross-functional support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Ability to write data-driven narratives with the capacity to influence others
2. Ability to analyze complex datasets and convert them into actionable insights for driving business growth
3. Experience working with subscription-based businesses
4. Strong technical competency and aptitude for learning new systems and collaborating with technology teams
5. Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
6. Ability to focus on high-impact ideas that drive significant change, while also enjoying deep dives into details
7. Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects with consistent management of deadlines and priorities across multiple initiatives
