Codurance is a global software consultancy, focused on raising the bar in the software industry through supporting tech communities and the work with our clients. We help our clients build remarkable digital products, evolve strategic legacy systems, and equip them to continuously deliver value through the adoption of quality practices and expertise.
Software craftsmanship mindset is at the heart of our company. This allows us to create a unique tailored approach for each client. We take pride in how we engage with our clients with a close collaborative approach focusing not only on delivering great value but also on leaving a lasting positive impact.
In 2010, our founders started the London Software Craftsmanship Community, one of the largest and most vibrant of its kind. Codurance was founded in 2013 and inherited the same community spirit.
Our Culture
We are a transparent organisation; we have a flat management structure with everyone in the company having an equal voice on how to improve our business. We hold “all hands” open forums where anyone can ask any question, confidentially if they choose.
Continuous learning is a mindset shared by everyone in our organisation. Whether that’s attending one of our evening catch-ups on new technologies, reading blog posts/articles, listening to podcasts, or speaking at a conference, we are all constantly looking for new ways to improve, and are enthusiastic about sharing new knowledge with our colleagues.
The Role
We are looking for someone who has experience in a product role and that shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency that we do.
We support our clients in many ways and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of different internal and client projects. At times you may work on a client project from our offices with our team delivery approach on a greenfield project for a startup, or helping to build a mission-critical system for a large enterprise client. At other points you’ll work within our client's existing development team to help them to get better at organising and delivering their own software.
As a Product Manager at Codurance, you’ll be responsible for understanding and capturing the engagement requirements, running a discovery process to refine these so they can be estimated by our teams. Alongside running ideation and discovery sessions, you would be responsible for coordinating and prioritising backlogs and roadmaps for client projects and we expect you to play a key role within a team. Communication and relationship building is key for this role, as a consultant you will interface with all seniority levels of our clients during both projects and pre-sales processes.
From time to time you may need to set up ways of working and best practices with clients for product development, building out product delivery roadmaps and supporting the delivery teams to organise backlogs in order of priority. You’ll enjoy working with people in different functions across the business, and approach tasks with a conceptual and analytical approach.
You would be joining a small, growing Business Analysis/Product Manager function at Codurance. This is an opportunity for someone to further hone their product development and analysis skill set, in different sectors and projects.
