* Technical Skills: Knowledge and ability to mix paints correctly to ensure the correct coverage, strength and longevity of the coating
* Previous experience as a spray painter or in a similar manufacturing role is highly preferred.
* Experience with painting metal or small components is desirable
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of spray-painting equipment, including spray guns and air co#mpressors.
