We have an exciting new vacancy for a Reception Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotel in Birmingham. The Britannia Hotel Birmingham is a 214 bedroom hotel which is ideally situated in the heart of the city and offers amazing transport links with all major train stations being within a few minutes’ walk.

As our Reception Manager, your duties will include:
1. Running our reception desk in a professional manner
2. Managing and training the front office team
3. Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department
4. Ensure all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
