What will I do as a Fashion Selling Assistant?
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service standards in housekeeping, processing sales and supporting the wider branch aims. From day-to-day, this includes:
* Selling the full product assortment and service range
* Resolving customer queries as the branch’s first point of contact
* Offering advice and recommendations based on customers’ needs

If you can openly demonstrate a passion for the fashion industry and fashion products while understanding the market and current trends, you’ll be a perfect fit for our Fashion department. You should possess great interpersonal skills and expert product knowledge, using both to deliver a highly personalised customer experience.
What will I do as a Home Selling Assistant?
Within our Home department, you’ll focus on bringing our products to life and delivering a positive experience which reflects the needs and wants of the customer. As part of this role, you’ll ensure customers’ homes are furnished and accessorised to reflect their individual tastes, as well as the latest trends.
* Drive sales performance within your department
* Deliver marketing leading merchandising standards
* Become a brand ambassador by ensuring an unrivalled customer experience
What will I do as an EHT Selling Assistant?
When our customers want the latest technology in their homes, they turn to us for our trustworthy, expert advice. From televisions to laptops, wireless music systems to headphones and the latest vacuum cleaners to food processors, you’ll take our customers through what they need and what will be best for them and their lifestyles.
* Using your product knowledge to drive sales
* Carrying out stock handling and system processes
* Adding value to the running of your operational area
Will I suit this role?
You should be someone who loves technology, updates your product knowledge regularly and cannot wait to share this expertise. You’ll combine your understanding of electrical home technology with exceptional selling skills to deliver an exemplary customer experience. We look for individuals who can also demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to all tasks.
