Within Ross Ceramics we manufacture precision ceramic cores that form part of the investment casting process. Ideally will have led teams in a manufacturing environment Attended higher education and leadership development programmes. Will have experience of leading transformation projects and are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as six sigma and lean (Green/Black belt accreditation would be beneficial) Has a proven track record delivering improved manufacturing performance in both favourable and unfavourable conditions, utilizing cross-functional teams. Experience of leading people change within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating ability to respond at pace, to changing demands through robust planning and control methodology.
