RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for a fast growing West Leicester business, as it looks to recruit a Sales Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The business has a friendly but professional environment on site, where all staff work towards a common goal of business success.
The successful applicant will report into the Operations Manager and will be given on site training. If you have previous Finance Administration experience and are keen to start a new challenge working in a growing team, this Sales Administration position could be ideal for you.
What does the Sales Administrator role involve?
* Support the service team with customer applications and sales orders.
* Track and monitor customer payments ensuring all payments are made on time
* Credit control chasing payment cash allocation.
* Create sales quotes for National accounts and follow up accordingly
* Ensure any customer/supplier queries are actioned and resolved on time.
* Create and manage all sales orders, ensuring they are coded accurately
* Effectively supporting the office with various administrative tasks.
