Project Manager | Marketing Agency | £40-45k | Hybrid - 3 days in London office
Integrated Marketing Project Manager needed for a great agency in London. You will be reporting directly to the Project Director, collaborating closely with client services, as well as planning, data, offshore development (Salesforce email delivery), and creative teams (copy, design, motion, and creative). You will oversee the seamless delivery of projects from initiation to final production and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Interaction: Represent the agency confidently and effectively in client-facing situations. Your enthusiasm, proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills will foster strong relationships.
* Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with all agency departments, bringing people together, negotiating deliverables, and maintaining sensitivity to the needs of other accounts.
* Project Planning: Develop accurate and detailed timing plans swiftly, identifying the most efficient ways to deliver projects.
* Cross-Disciplinary Understanding: Gain a solid understanding of strategy, data, and creative teams, ensuring that their roles connect seamlessly to deliver outstanding work.
* Resource Management: Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery by effectively resourcing all departments and accurately estimating project durations.
* Campaign Execution: Leverage your experience in delivering creative campaigns across email, print, display, and social platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* Clear Briefs: Write clear and concise design briefs that facilitate smooth execution.
