The Role We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and maintaining HSE systems to ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and international industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of company health, safety, across the site Develop and maintain HSE procedures and drive their adoption across all teams. Ensure plant compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Continuously review and update HSE policies and risk assessments. Support the maintenance of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, and assist with ISO 45001 and ASI certifications. Provide HSE support and coaching to team members and management. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and track resolutions. Manage HSE data systems, records, and documentation. Leadership: Proven capability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring safety compliance. Desired: Environmental qualification is beneficial. Experience managing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is desirable.
