Job Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting, delivering, and launching complex early careers programs that align seamlessly with Arm's organisational needs and talent pipeline development.
In this position, you will split your time equally. Half of your time will involve supporting the 42 current Apprentices enrolled in our program alongside the annual intake of over 20 new participants.
The remaining half will focus on developing expansion pathways to globally enhance our offerings, ensuring we meet the future demands of the talent skills pipeline. We have recently started expanding into India through NAPS and have ambitions to proactively explore Co-Op programs in the US, providing a global route for individuals looking to join Arm.
This role focuses on improving Arm's Apprenticeship Program. Working with Recruitment, you'll attract, engage, and develop talent to meet Arm's objectives. You'll educate hiring managers and advocate for the program. Key tasks include crafting attraction strategies, improving assessments, overseeing activities, aiding conversions, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Program Management
* Collaborate with the Head of Early Careers, Business Leaders, People Enablement and L&D to identify talent needs and the career pathways required to deliver these
* Where applicable, design, develop, and expand the various pathway and programs into Arm; This includes improving our UK Apprenticeship program and introducing new areas of expansion.
* Handle relationships with external suppliers and training providers as applicable (this includes maintaining the UK Digital Apprentice Portal)
* Build programs that enable diverse pipelines of talent supporting our Global DE&I goals
* In collaboration, co-design the recruitment process and governance for end-of-program roll-off/conversion feeding into other programs & pipelines (I.e Apprenticeship to Graduate conversion)
* Ensure the program meets its intended outcomes through performance evaluation.
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Apprenticeships/ Alternative Career programs representing Arm both internally and externally including appropriate governing bodies and forums
Program Development
* Design, develop and deliver a calendar of events to support skills development and career progression
* Steer the Apprenticeship Committee: driving initiatives and bringing insights back to the Early Careers Team
* Act as a main point of contact for Apprentices, hiring/line managers and supporting teams such as People, Marketing, IT
* Support, assess and educate hiring managers on the mechanisms for success
Reporting & Analytics
* Manage the Digital Apprentice Portal and the administration of all Levy spend
* Collaborate with internal teams to conduct data analysis to measure the success of programs including attraction, engagement, recruitment and retention.
* Manage a budget relating to your programs as set by the Head of Early Careers
* Administer quarterly surveys, review results, and address areas for improvement.
* Support in preparing monthly Hiring Board Reports
* Co-operate with the Head of Early Careers and Reward to ensure annual salary benchmarks align with industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
This role demands a multifaceted individual with a blend of strategic thinking, program management skills, and a passion for building the future of early careers talent within Arm.
* Experience within Early Careers Apprenticeship Recruitment and/or Program Management
* Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship landscape
* Familiarity in rolling out new initiatives demonstrating critical thinking, project planning and the ability to implement
* Skilled communicator who can cultivate positive influential working relationships
* Experience using data to inform decisions and implement change tracking return on investment
* Flexible nature able to adapt and pivot according to business need
