The Shared Service Centre (SSC) Transactional Manager shall be responsible for the daily transactional management and reporting of the KLA SSC activities. The SSC supports finance activities for KLA European Legal entities including Direct and Indirect Accounts Payable processing, Travel and Expense review and approvals, payment runs, Credit control, bank reconciliations and supporting European Regional teams with monthly and quarterly closes.
The SSC is a key central initiative for KLA with a growing scope of activities across Europe, the SSC Transactional manager will be a key finance collaborator to ensure that service levels and support across Europe are consistent whilst also ensuring that the SSC have a strong working relationship with KLA regional finance teams!

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Day to day transactional management of the SSC
2. Direct line management of the T&E Manager and Payments Manager and Support for their respective teams
3. Implementing regular cadence of high quality, tailored critical metrics for the SSC across Europe
4. Documentation and Standardisation of core SSC processes which are aligned with KLA global accounting policies and regional statutory requirements
5. Developing and improving the EU Collaborator relationships with local finance teams
6. Leading strong culture of team and individual development to drive the SSC to become a higher performing team.

7. Proven experience of working in and leading a shared service centre finance team across Europe or similar high volume transactional finance team
8. Strong understanding of transactional processes, ability to analyse risks within processes and drive operational improvements.
9. Good technical accounting knowledge, with a good understanding of how SSC processes impact financial results.
10. Very Strong Attention to detail
11. Experience of working in a S-Ox environment with strong internal controls requirements is helpful.
12. Experience of SAP ERP system is beneficial
13. Excellent Excel and MS Office Skills
14. Applied problem solving skills in previous roles to find workable solutions
15. Excellent time management to meet requirements of a fast paced, deadline-driven role
