Installation Manager: Overview To apply you need to be an experienced installation manager who has looked after teams of installers, subcontractors and is use to working with clients throughout the installation. In this case it will be 4 teams of 4 installers who fit securedoors, and shopfronts in Jewellery companies etc. The role involves 2 to 3 days of site visits initially any where in UK including central London. You need to be within a commutable distance from Birmingham B11, as this where the company is based. Salary £45,000 Tesla company car or car allowance. There is some scope in advertised salary depending on relevant experience up to £50,000 Company World class manufacturer and installer of high security door and shop fronts for jewellery companies, government, commercial buildings, schools etc. Installation Manager: Role Ensuring an excellent customer experience and getting the job completed on time, to the highest possible standards of workmanship. Working with the customer throughout the installation, confirming when jobs will be starting and completed. Planning, organising and management of the installations. Liaising with sales, design, planning and production to ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are achieved. Organising materials and contractors to be on site as required. Providing reports outlining installation, staff and subcontractor costs. Responsible for managing three installation teams working throughout the UK. Initially spending time with the teams and customers on site. This may be 2 to 3 days a week. Responsible for coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance site visits, such as emergency call outs and service contracts. Responsible for health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments. Ensuring installers vehicles always carry a full range of spare parts. Installation Manager: Experience and qualifications Valid CITB site management safety training scheme certificate (advantageous) Able to demonstrate previous relevant experience. Track record of managing staff and site installations. Able to travel UK-wide visiting customers on installs. Experience of writing risk assessments, method statements, managing health and safety on site. Installation Manager, Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm.
