At the core of our stores, you will create a welcoming environment and deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
* Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
* Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
* Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment
* Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
* Handle cash and operate tills accurately and securely
* Promote store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
