As the S&P Operations Lead at EOS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales, procurement, and logistics teams. Your responsibilities will span the entire customer order life cycle, encompassing quoting, order management, customer operations, service, and logistics. This role involves engaging in daily communication with customers and Sales Representatives, creating and managing quotes and orders, leading a team, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team, providing ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance. Engage in daily communication with customers and Sales Representatives. Provide insights and problem resolution for any delay in the end-to-end process. Conduct daily reviews and ensure agreed team KPIs are achieved. Review process activities and transactions for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with key internal business partners to optimise and automate the end-to-end process. Support and execute intra-company orders to meet global customer demand. Maintain order status for company-wide visibility and customer reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a similar field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience. Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Jira, and Salesforce. Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and able to handle heavy workloads and deadlines. Ability to stay abreast of company policies, products, and services. Competence in performing general office tasks.
