We are looking for a creative Membership Account Executive to join our expanding team. As a membership account executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our membership programme as well as delivering best-in-class customer service and member engagement.
You will help execute the GMA’s membership programme, managing the member cycle, making a positive impact on our members. As the primary point of contact for our members, you will provide exceptional service, convert prospects into members, and ensure existing members renew their memberships. Collaborating with the Head of Membership and Business Development Manager, you will support in developing and implementing membership recruitment and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:
Execute membership recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Head of Membership:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for incoming membership and learning inquiries, whilst taking the lead for your own designated category of membership.
2. Convert prospects into active members and ensure timely membership renewals.
3. Maintain accurate membership records and manage the membership database.
4. Provide regular account reporting and assist in driving departmental initiatives.
