Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA
Location: City – Hybrid available
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales for the EMEA region for a city based Tech firm, plus light touch to one other. This is a 12 month maternity contract.
This is a key role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the SVP’s success by providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating crucial activities within the sales division. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Sales, EMEA, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing tasks.
* Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
* Meeting & Event Management: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring all resources are prepared. This includes preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Managing ¼ offsites which will include some travel abroad.
* Communication Liaison: Act as a gatekeeper between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and effective information flow.
* Document & Reporting: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents for key meetings. Assist in the preparation of sales-related materials and briefings.
* Project Assistance: Provide support on various strategic sales initiatives and projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
* Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and make decisions.
* A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous experience in the technology or data center industry is a plus.
