Job Title: GP Executive Officer & PA to GP Director Location -Belfast Hours 37.5 hrs p/wk 9am 5pm Mon Thurs & 8.30am 4.30pm on Friday. Salary Band 4 (£25,147 - £27,596) Duration Temporary Immediate Start Summary: Providing administrative support to the GP Director and Specialty Training Team within a General Practice Department. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, arranging travel, supporting accreditation processes, maintaining GP trainee records, coordinating training days, and assisting with event management. Key Responsibilities: Manage GP Director and Associate Directors' diaries and travel arrangements. Organize GP Practice accreditation and reaccreditation visits. Assist with GP trainee placements and allocation in line with policy. Maintain GP ePortfolio and support ARCPs. Coordinate GP regional and locality training events, including Zoom sessions. Handle event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event administration. Ensure regulatory compliance in training programs and trainee documentation. Essential Criteria: GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent, plus A Levels or equivalent. At least 18 months of relevant administrative experience (3 years preferred). Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Full UK driving license (or alternative transport if applicable). Desirable Criteria: Experience in financial administration, including invoicing. Experience in committee administration and minute-taking.
