Oculus Legal Group is currently working with a prestigious Multi Office Regional law firm based in Norwich. This firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team who prides themselves on the quality of their high-level service. In this role you will play a key part to help grow the commercial property offering out of the Norwich office, mentoring and training junior team members while actively engaging in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent a range of high value clients on all aspects of commercial property law.
* Manage a caseload of files including commercial leases/occupiers, freehold and lease hold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, grants of easement and property finance.
* Collaborate effectively within a team and manage client relationships successfully.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
* Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and strengthen market presence.
* Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development.
Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in commercial property, including complex aspects.
* Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
* Experience supporting and developing junior team members.
* Skilled in business development and expanding client relationships.
* IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
* Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
