Construction Manager
Location: Birmingham / Midlands.
Salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience plus package including

Summary
A leading provider of engineering solutions is seeking a talented Construction Manager in the Midlands area to manage the execution of a range of railway construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that client objectives are met to time, cost, and quality standards.
Duties include:
* Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
* Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
* Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
* Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
* Documenting project progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports for management.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of site/construction management experience on Railway Civil Engineering/Construction Projects.
* HND/HNC in Civil Engineering (desirable).
* Experience working on NEC contracts.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* Commercial awareness of cost monitoring and cost value reconciliation.
* Ideally a CSCS Black card, SSSTS, or SMSTS.
* Railway Safety Training (PTS).
