International Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to meet customer needs across different global markets, adapting to regional requirements Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products to ensure accurate and helpful customer communication. Complaint Resolution: Address and escalate customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and supply chain teams to enhance overall operations and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and order management. Experience: At least 2-3 years in customer service, preferably in the medical device industry or a related healthcare field. Experience with global markets is advantageous.
