You will be working with our CMO Michele, our COO Ghilaine, and our CEO Aarish.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting
* Develop engaging and insightful content for our blog, website, and newsletters to increase brand awareness and build SEO.
* Craft compelling copy for campaigns, social media posts, and marketing materials.
* Conduct interviews with our CEO, our CFOs, VCs, clients and other industry experts to produce thought provoking content.
* Attend podcast recordings (remotely or in person where appropriate) to identify timestamps for production of short form content.
* Repurpose podcasts into interesting articles.
* Repurpose founder content into infographics, lead magnets and additional content for use in other channels.
Market Research & Analysis
* Identify trending topics in tech as well as finance/tech.
* Identify key voices in the tech industry to interview, invite to events and podcasts, and collaborate with on guest posts.
* Identify guest posting opportunities at other publications.
Event Planning & Management
* Assist in the organisation of events such as workshops, webinars, and networking meetups (about 4 to 6 per year, in London and potentially other regions).
* Manage logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Social Media Management
* Create and schedule regular content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
* Monitor and analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
* Track and report on campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the start-up or professional services sector.
* Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom (we will not be accepting applicants from outside the UK).
