What’s involved?
8. As the Relief Chef you will be cooking lunch and tea for 80 – 100 children and staff.
9. As the only chef in the kitchen, you must be happy to work on your own, have great organisation and time management skills.
10. You must have a good understanding of stock rotation, health and safety, risk assessment, COSHH and all kitchen management
11. Day time hours – no evenings

13. An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
14. Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
15. Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
16. To have had experience as a chef within a Education environment.
