We have a new and exciting opportunity to work for our client, a market leader in the design industry near Stadhampton as a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent to start asap. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. This role is a hybrid role, working 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 days at home. Your roles and responsibilities include:. Being the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries. Resolving any issues with customers, clients and stakeholders. Ensuring all customer data in entered correctly and maintained to GDPR requirements.
