Supply Chain Manager - London As a Payroll Administrator at Popeyes, you'll be part of a high-energy, fast-growing brand that's making waves in the UK. You'll be responsible for ensuring our dedicated team is paid on time, while playing a key role in maintaining our payroll processes and supporting the finance team. What you'll be doing as a Payroll Administrator? Assist with preparation and review of the payroll cycles (4 weekly & monthly), ensuring employees are paid on time and accurately Liaise with stakeholders across Restaurants and Head Office to ensure payroll is completed accurately and in line with agreed policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to queries within the shares mailboxes (Payroll, pensions & expenses) Raising payroll related BACs payments if and where required. Assisting the Payroll Manager with finance tasks including month end journals and balancing control accounts. Liaising with outsourced payroll provider and HMRC, where required Be the first point of contact within the Payroll Team to internal stakeholders Assist with the expenses process, including reviewing and approving employee expenses Maintain records and support auditing efforts. Very good organisation skills (including demonstrating workload prioritisation) Experience with payroll systems Positive and proactive can-do attitude Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Solid excel skills.
