Electrical Site Supervisor
Leeton Electrical Limited is seeking a Working Electrical Site Supervisor to be based on a manned site in Cambridgeshire.
Reporting to the Projects Manager, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to progress from engineer to a supervisory position and can demonstrate expertise in providing technical support on a range of installation projects for one of our key customers within the manufacturing industry.
The role would initially involve working alongside our engineers to acquire site and process knowledge, with development over time, providing assistance to and working closely with the PM to ensure smooth running and delivery of both projects and reactive day-to-day works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading teams of directly employed electricians, managing several small to medium-sized projects.
2. Organising materials and sub-contractors.
3. Creating and delivering job pack information to our engineers.
4. Ensuring health and safety is always maintained.
5. Attending site meetings.
6. Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, and working as part of a team.
7. Allocating workload accordingly, meeting customer deadlines, and maintaining standards and quality of workmanship.
8. Assisting the PM in the delivery of projects to timescales and budgets.
9. Ensuring completion of jobs, including snagging checks and that test results of the inspection and testing are recorded accurately and passed to our QS for processing.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need current electrical engineering trade qualifications, 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations, 2391 or equivalent, IPAF, PASMA, C&G - NVQ L3 & Gold Card qualifications, ideally with some supervision experience in an industrial environment, and an understanding and knowledge of different electrical disciplines.

Working Arrangements
Basic hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. (Overtime on weekends and evenings may be required on occasions).
Company van and fuel provided for business use.
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 based on experience.
22 days holiday per year + statutory days.
