You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will be responsible for:
Managing member and guest enquiries
Completing daily reports
Supporting the golf membership team with membership enquiries
Supporting the golf operations team with providing a 5-star member and guest experience
Preparing golf admin requirements for the days play
Supporting the golf management team with key clerical duties
Supporting with member and guest enquiries both on the phone, email and in person
