Ward Security are seeking vigilant and professional Mobile Response Security Officers to join our team. This role is dynamic, offering varied tasks, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be taking ownership of locking and unlocking our client's premises, being reactive when our NOC raise concerns about an alarm and attending sites to do patrols.
Position: Mobile Services Officer – Zero hours
Pay rate: £13.00ph
Shift Pattern: Nights and Weekends
Location: Van based in High Wycombe
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security.
* Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities in a timely manner.
* Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences.
* Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed.
* Operate company vehicle in order to travel between sites.
* Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary.
Must have:
* Door Supervisor SIA licence.
* UK Manual Driving licence.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
* A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges.
