Sales Representative – Up to £40k plus company car and profit share Covering: London, Southeast, Southwest, and South. The office is based in Thurrock, Essex (hybrid working) This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. While previous sales experience within Electrical Wholesalers or Buying Groups is a plus, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for sales and customer service, and an eagerness to make a positive impact. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned regions. Regularly visit customers to provide support, gather feedback, and drive sales. Achieve weekly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams during office meetings to ensure smooth operations. Effectively manage your schedule and appointments to optimise time and coverage. Key Skills & Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment (Electrical Wholesalers/Buying Groups experience is beneficial but not essential). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner. Confident, personable, and passionate about customer service and sales. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and needs.
